How is GroceryBasket.Pk different from other online stores selling groceries? / what makes GroceryBasket.Pk unique/different?
We are NOT an online grocery store. We provide online platform where you can order groceries from your favorite nearby store. Generally, consumers face problems from online stores as they run out of stock or have limited varieties or brands. While in our case, you will not face such issues. You can order your preferred brand from the store you love.
Can I suggest specific store?
“GroceryBasket.Pk” is all about bringing convenience to you! How do I order groceries?
You can order your groceries using our website https://www.GroceryBasket.Pk. Please select your preferred grocery store (check if its delivering in your area) and order your groceries.
Is my address in your coverage area?
Please check the delivery areas listed on our website against each Partner Store or if you want to know about a specific partner store’s delivery coverage area, please contact us at [email protected] You can also check out our Facebook page for latest updates about our partner stores and areas we serve. For now, we are in beta phase, so providing our services in limited areas of Karachi city.

Do I need to get myself register before placing an order?
Yes; to order through Grocery Basket, you need to have an account with us. The signup process is simple and easy, we just need your basic information to setup your account such as your Name, Address and Contact no. Alternatively, you can sign up using your Google or Facebook account.
Can I order items other than groceries?
For now, we only support the categories listed on our website. We are continuously striving to bring more convenience to your doorstep and adding more stores and categories.
My order was delivered in multiple deliveries - will there be separate delivery charge?
If your order was made from multiple stores, you will get multiple deliveries. Each store has its own delivery policy and may or may not charge you a delivery fee for your order. Please check the stores delivery policy before ordering or you can ask our customer care at [email protected] or or call at +92 0336 7248528 for more details.
Can I modify/change/update my order after I have placed it?
Yes, you can modify your orders until it is not confirmed by the partner store.
Will I get a confirmation call for my order?
Yes; our customer service will confirm your orders details with you
How do I track my order?
Order statuses can be tracked on Grocery Basket website (you will need to login to your account).
Will you call me before delivering my order - coordinate?
Yes. Our customer service will confirm your orders details with you & the store will confirm your availability before delivering your order.
Do you do price match?
Your prices same as store prices?
Yes; we try our best to keep the prices updated with the store. However, there is a slight chance that the price may vary in the store and on the website in which case, you will get the updated invoice from the store and will also get a confirmation call/email from our support team.
